Vitamin E can be found in sunflower oil, safflower oil, nuts, seeds, spinach, tomatoes, turnip greens, mustard greens, peanut butter, pine nuts, and wheat germ. These sources will help keep your body producing the natural oils that prevent your skin from being dry.
